प्रिय भाइयों और बहनों, आज का सुसमाचार हमें ईश्वर के असीम प्रेम की याद दिलाता है। ईश्वर ने संसार को इतना प्यार किया कि उसने इसके लिए अपने एकलौते पुत्र को अर्पित कर दिया, जिससे जो उस में विश्वास करता है, उसका सर्वनाश न हो, बल्कि अनन्त जीवन प्राप्त करे (योहन 3:16)। यह वचन हमारे जीवन का आधार है।

हम सब जीवन में अंधकार से गुजरते हैं—पाप, चिंता, डर और अनिश्चितता। लेकिन प्रभु हमें उस अंधकार में नहीं छोड़ता, वह हमें अपने प्रकाश में बुलाता है। आज के पहले पाठ में हम देखते हैं कि जब प्रेरितों को जेल में डाल दिया गया, तो प्रभु के दूत ने रात में आकर उनके लिए द्वार खोल दिया। जरा सोचिए, अगर वे डर कर चुप बैठ जाते, तो क्या होता? लेकिन उन्होंने ऐसा नहीं किया। वे फिर से मन्दिर में गए और ईश्वर का वचन सुनाने लगे। यही विश्वास की ताकत है! जब हम सच्चे मन से प्रभु पर भरोसा करते हैं, तो कोई भी बंद दरवाजा हमें रोक नहीं सकता।

हमारे जीवन में भी कई बार कठिनाइयाँ और बंद दरवाजे आते हैं—हम हिम्मत हार जाते हैं, डरते हैं, सोचते हैं कि अब कुछ नहीं हो सकता। लेकिन प्रभु का प्रकाश हर अंधकार को मिटा सकता है। उसने हमें चुना है, हमें प्यार किया है, और हमें अपने मार्ग पर चलने के लिए बुलाया है। सवाल यह है—क्या हम उसके प्रकाश में चलना चाहते हैं, या अंधकार में ही रहना चाहते हैं?

भाइयो और बहनो, जीवन बहुत छोटा है। इसे यूँ ही डर और संकोच में न गवाएँ। प्रेरितों की तरह निडर बनें, विश्वास में आगे बढ़ें और अपने जीवन से प्रभु येसु के प्रेम को दूसरों के साथ बांटें।

Dear brothers and sisters, today’s Gospel reminds us of God’s boundless love. God loved the world so much that He gave His only Son, so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16). This word is the foundation of our lives.

We all go through darkness in life—sin, worry, fear, and uncertainty. But the Lord does not leave us in that darkness; He calls us into His light. In today’s first reading, we see that when the apostles were thrown into prison, the Lord’s angel came at night and opened the door for them. Just think, what if they had sat in fear and remained silent? But they didn’t. They went back to the temple and began to proclaim God’s word. This is the power of faith! When we truly trust in the Lord, no closed door can stop us.

In our own lives, there are often difficulties and closed doors—we lose heart, become afraid, and think that nothing can be done. But the Lord’s light can dispel any darkness. He has chosen us, loved us, and called us to walk in His way. The question is—do we want to walk in His light, or remain in the darkness?

Brothers and sisters, life is very short. Don’t waste it in fear and hesitation. Be fearless like the apostles, move forward in faith, and share the love of the Lord Jesus with others through your life.
