“विरासत की चिंता”
नीतिवचन 30:5-9 लूक 9:1-6
आज के सुसमाचार पर विचार करते हुए प्रेरितों को उनके भविष्य के कार्य के लिए प्रशिक्षण अधिक व्यावहारिक हो गया है। यह अभी तक पूरी दुनिया के लिए भेजना नहीं है, बल्कि यह वास्तविक जीवन की स्थिति में एक अभ्यास और प्रयोग है।
क्योंकि येसु पहले से जानते हैं कि उनके लिए प्रशिक्षण ज़रूरी है, क्योंकि उनके बाद उन्हें सिखाना, उपदेश देना और चंगा करना होगा। उन्हें स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए गए हैं। उन्होंने उन्हें बताया कि वे क्या कर सकते हैं और क्या नहीं। सबसे बढ़कर, येसु ने उन्हें शक्ति और अधिकार दिया।
उन्हें ईश्वर के राज्य का प्रचार करने और बीमारों को चंगा करने के लिए भेजा गया है। क्योंकि येसु आत्माओं और शरीरों दोनों की परवाह करते हैं। जैसा कि हम जानते हैं कि कलीसिया और दान साथ-साथ चलते हैं। विश्वास और प्रेम एक दूसरे की ओर ले जाते हैं। बुलाहट मिशन की ओर ले जाती है।
और इस मिशन में उन्हें सादा जीवन जीने के लिए कहा गया है — यात्रा के लिए कुछ भी न लें, न लाठी, न थैला, न रोटी, न पैसा। जो भी आतिथ्य दिया जाए उसे स्वीकार करें और घर-घर न बदलें, भले ही कोई अधिक आरामदायक लगे।
हमारा क्या कहना? हम अपना जीवन तथा घर की परिस्थितियों को जांचें और परखें कि हम ईश्वर के कितने निकट या दूर हैं।
“Concerning about Inheritance”
As we contemplate today’s gospel, the training of the Apostles for their future work becomes more practical. This is not yet the sending out to the whole world, but it is still an exercise in real life conditions — an experiment.
Because Jesus knows beforehand that training is a must for them, since after Him they have to teach, preach and heal. They are given clear instructions. He told them what they can and may do. Above all, He gave them power and authority.
They are sent to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick. Because Jesus cares for both souls and bodies. As we know, Church and charity go hand in hand. Faith and love lead to each other. Vocation leads to mission.
And in this mission, they are to live simple lives — taking nothing for the journey, neither staff nor bag, neither bread nor money. They should not demand anything; they must accept the hospitality that is offered. They should not move from house to house in search of more comfortable places.
What can we say? We should examine our own life and home circumstances and test how close or far we stand from God.
