“जीवन की प्राथमिकता”
नीतिवचन 21:1-6, 10-13 लूक 8:19-21
पहले पाठ में हम देखते हैं कि यह अंश मानव जीवन के विभिन्न पहलुओं में बुद्धि और धार्मिकता पर प्रकाश डालता है। प्रभु दिखावे के आधार पर नहीं, बल्कि हृदय के आधार पर न्याय करते हैं, क्योंकि प्रभु को न्याय अधिक प्रिय होता है।
और सुसमाचार का अंश सिखाता है कि येसु की शिक्षाएँ इतनी आसान नहीं हैं। क्योंकि येसु की पहली चिंता ईश्वर और उसका राज्य है। इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि उन्होंने अपने परिवार को अस्वीकार कर दिया, बल्कि उन्होंने इसे और भी ज़्यादा गंभीरता से लिया। उनके परिवार में वे सभी शामिल हैं जो ईश्वर का वचन सुनते हैं और उसे अपना बनाते हैं।
परिवार शब्द का अर्थ है परिचितता। वह सभी मसीह विश्वासियों में इस गुण की अपेक्षा करते हैं। परिचित होने का अर्थ है ईश्वर को और अधिक निकटता से जानना, उसकी इच्छा को और अधिक पूर्णता से पूरा करना और उत्साहपूर्वक कार्य करना।
दोनों ही पाठ हमें किसी भी अन्य चीज़ की अपेक्षा, ईश्वर की इच्छा को पहले पूरा करने का संदेश देते हैं। हमें भी अपने आप से पूछने की ज़रूरत है कि हमारे जीवन की प्राथमिकता क्या है? हम अपने जीवन को कैसे समझते हैं? क्या हम भी विभिन्न बातों में उलझे हुए हैं?
यदि हाँ तो, अभी भी समय है जीवन का मूल लक्ष्य निश्चित करने का। येसु का अनुसरण करना है तो ईश्वर के वचन का पालन और उसकी इच्छा पूर्ति को प्रथम स्थान दें।
“Priority of Life”
In the first reading we see that the passage highlights wisdom and righteousness in various aspects of human life. The Lord does not judge according to appearance but according to the heart, as justice is more pleasing to the Lord than sacrifice.
The gospel passage teaches us that the teaching of Jesus is not so easy. Jesus’ first care is God and His Kingdom. It does not mean that He rejected His family; rather, He expands it. To His family belong all who hear the word of God and make it their own.
The word “family” gives way to “familiarity.” This quality He expects in all Christians. Familiarity means to know God more intimately, to do His will more perfectly, and to work zealously.
Both the readings give us the message to do God’s will first, rather than anything else. We also need to ask ourselves: What is the priority in our life? How do we understand our lives? Are we too entangled in various things?
If yes, then there is still time to decide the basic goal of life. If you want to follow Jesus, then give first priority to following God’s words and fulfilling His will.
