“स्वर्ग राज्य का दृष्टांत”
लूका 13:18-21
आज के सुसमाचार में प्रभु स्वर्ग राज्य की तुलना दो दृष्टांतों से करते हैं, एक सरसों के बीज से और दूसरा खमीर से। प्यारे भाइयों और बहनों, यदि हम गहराई से इस पर मनन-चिंतन करें, तो हम पाते हैं कि सामान्यतः सरसों के बीज से बहुत विशाल वृक्ष का निर्माण नहीं होता है।
परंतु यदि प्रभु हमारे देश में शिक्षा देते, तो वे अवश्य बरगद या किसी अन्य वृक्ष के उदाहरण देते, जिसका बीज छोटा होता है, पर वृक्ष बहुत विशाल होता है, जिसकी डालियों पर पक्षी अपने घोंसले बनाते हैं।
प्यारे भाइयों और बहनों, आज प्रभु हमें सिखाते हैं कि जिस प्रकार एक छोटा सा बीज एक विशाल वृक्ष बन जाता है और पक्षियों को आश्रय देता है, उसी प्रकार प्रभु यीशु भी हमें अपने कार्यों और दूसरों की सेवा के लिए बुलाते हैं ताकि हम भी दूसरों के लिए सहारा, प्रेम और स्थान बन सकें।
प्रभु येसु हमें यह भी समझाते हैं कि जिस प्रकार थोड़ा-सा खमीर पूरे आटे को खमीरयुक्त बना देता है, उसी प्रकार यदि हमारे जीवन में ईश्वर की आशीष और कृपा होगी, तो हमारा संपूर्ण जीवन बदल जाएगा और हम ईश्वर की इच्छा के अनुसार जीवन व्यतीत करेंगे।
आज के वचन के माध्यम से प्रभु हमें यह सिखाते हैं कि हमारा विश्वास सरसों के बीज की तरह दृढ़ और मजबूत हो, और खमीर की तरह हमारा विश्वास, प्रेम, शांति और विकास में निरंतर बढ़ता रहे।
“The Kingdom of God: Mustard Seed and Yeast”
Luke 13:18-21
In today’s Gospel, the Lord compares the Kingdom of Heaven to two parables, one of the mustard seed and the other of the yeast. Dear brothers and sisters, if we reflect deeply on this, we find that normally a mustard seed does not grow into a very large tree.
But if the Lord were to teach in our land, He might have used the example of a banyan tree or some other tree whose seed is small but grows into a great tree, upon whose branches the birds make their nests.
Dear brothers and sisters, today the Lord Jesus teaches us that just as a small seed becomes a great tree and gives shelter to the birds, in the same way, the Lord Jesus also calls us to His work and to serve others, so that we too may become a support, a source of love, and a place of refuge for others.
The Lord Jesus also explains that just as a little yeast leavens the whole dough, in the same way, if God’s blessings and grace are present in our lives, our entire life will be transformed, and we will live according to God’s will.
Through today’s Word, the Lord teaches us that our faith should be firm and strong like the mustard seed, and that our faith, like the yeast, should continually grow in love, peace, and spiritual maturity.
