“करुणा की चंगाई”
लूका 13:10-17
आज के सुसमाचार में प्रभु उस एक अठारह वर्षों से पीड़ित स्त्री को स्वास्थ्य लाभ प्रदान करते हैं। वे नियमों से ऊपर करुणा रखते हैं, और विश्राम के दिन भी चंगाई और मुक्ति देकर ईश्वर के प्रेम को प्रकट करते हैं।
यह स्त्री 18 वर्षों से पीड़ित थी और सीधी खड़ी नहीं हो पाती थी। वह अपने जीवन में हताश, निराश और टूट चुकी थी। लेकिन जब वह येसु की शिक्षा सुनने सभा में आती है, तो उसके हृदय में एक आशा और उम्मीद होती है कि उसे स्वास्थ्य प्राप्त होगा।
उसने किसी से कुछ नहीं कहा, लेकिन जब येसु की दृष्टि उस स्त्री पर पड़ी, तो वे दया और करुणा से भर गए। उन्होंने उसे बुलाकर चंगा किया और उसे नया आत्मा तथा नया जीवन प्रदान किया।
प्रिय भाइयों और बहनों, आज प्रभु हमें भी उस 18 वर्षों से पीड़ित स्त्री के समान अपने पास, अपने स्थान पर बुलाते हैं। वे हमें भी शारीरिक, मानसिक और आध्यात्मिक रूप से चंगाई और मुक्ति देना चाहते हैं। लेकिन प्रश्न यह है — क्या हम उसके बुलावे को अपने जीवन में स्वीकार करते हैं? क्या हम सचमुच स्वस्थ होना चाहते हैं?
“Healing Through Compassion”
Luke 13:10-17
In today’s Gospel, Lord Jesus grants healing to a woman who had been suffering for eighteen years. He shows compassion that rises above all laws, and even on the Sabbath day, He brings healing and freedom, revealing the love of God.
This woman had been afflicted for eighteen years and could not stand upright. She was discouraged, hopeless, and broken in her life. But when she came to listen to Jesus’ teaching, she came with a small hope and faith that she might be healed.
She did not say anything to anyone, but when Jesus’ loving eyes fell upon her, He was filled with mercy and compassion. He called her, healed her, and gave her a new spirit and a new life.
Dear brothers and sisters, Today the Lord also calls us, just like that woman who had suffered for eighteen years. He wants to heal and free us, physically, mentally, and spiritually. But the question remains — Do we accept His call in our lives? Do we truly want to be healed?
