“मेल-मिलाप और सच्चा प्रायश्चित”
लूका 12:54-59
आज के सुसमाचार के माध्यम से प्रभु हमें मेल-मिलाप और प्रायश्चित करने की प्रेरणा तथा सामर्थ्य प्रदान करते हैं। प्रभु हमें सिखाते हैं कि जैसे हम मौसम के संकेतों को देखकर अनुमान लगा लेते हैं कि वर्षा होगी या गर्मी पड़ेगी, उसी प्रकार हमें अपने आध्यात्मिक जीवन के संकेतों को भी पहचानना चाहिए।
प्रभु चाहते हैं कि हम अपने अंतःकरण की जाँच करें, अपने हृदय से सच्चा प्रायश्चित करें और समय रहते उनकी ओर लौट आएँ। यही सच्चे परिवर्तन और नए जीवन का मार्ग है।
अनेक बार हम अपने सामाजिक और दैनिक जीवन में दूसरों के साथ मनमुटाव, विवाद और झगड़ों में पड़ जाते हैं। परिणामस्वरूप हमारे जीवन की शांति और आनंद समाप्त हो जाते हैं, और हम प्रेम तथा क्षमा के मार्ग से भटक जाते हैं। परन्तु आज प्रभु हमें स्मरण कराते हैं कि मेल-मिलाप और क्षमा ही सच्चे मसीही जीवन की आधारशिला हैं।
प्रभु हमें अपने विरोधियों से भी प्रेमपूर्वक मेल-मिलाप करने, उन्हें क्षमा करने और उनके साथ सुलह करने के लिए बुलाते हैं। जब हम ऐसा करते हैं, तब हमारे हृदय में सच्ची शांति बसती है और हम वास्तव में ईश्वर की संतान के समान जीवन जीते हैं।
“Reconciliation and True Repentance”
Through today's Gospel, the Lord gives us the strength and encouragement to seek reconciliation and repentance. He teaches us that just as we can read the signs of the weather and know whether it will rain or be hot, we must also learn to recognize the signs of our spiritual life.
The Lord invites us to examine our conscience, repent sincerely from our hearts, and return to Him while there is still time. This is the true path to conversion and new life.
Many times in our daily lives, we become involved in misunderstandings, conflicts, and arguments with others. As a result, we lose our peace and joy, drifting away from the path of love and forgiveness. Today, however, the Lord reminds us that reconciliation and forgiveness are the foundation of authentic Christian living.
Jesus calls us to make peace even with those who oppose us, to forgive them, and to be reconciled with them. When we do this, our hearts are filled with peace, and we truly begin to live as the children of God.
