“सत्य की आग”
लूका 12:49-53
आज पवित्र कलीसिया हमें सत्य पर गहराई से चिंतन करने के लिए आमंत्रित करती है। प्रभु स्वयं कहते हैं, “मैं पृथ्वी पर आग लगाने आया हूँ।” यह कोई सामान्य आग नहीं है जो जलाती और नष्ट करती है, बल्कि यह सत्य की आग है, जो हमारे भीतर की गंदगी और बुराई को शुद्ध करती है, प्रकाश देती है और हमारे हृदय तथा जीवन में परिवर्तन लाती है।
जिस प्रकार साधारण आग शुद्धि और पवित्र परिवर्तन का प्रतीक होती है, उसी प्रकार सत्य की आग हमारे जीवन में आत्मिक परिवर्तन लाती है। आज के सुसमाचार के माध्यम से प्रभु हमें यह बताना चाहते हैं कि वे इस संसार में सत्य का मार्ग दिखाने, हमें पापों से मुक्त करने और हमारे जीवन को नया बनाने के लिए आए हैं।
प्रभु हमें यह भी सिखाते हैं कि उनका अनुसरण करना केवल सुख और सुविधा का मार्ग नहीं है। यह संघर्ष, त्याग और चुनौतियों का मार्ग भी है। सत्य के साथ खड़े रहने के कारण कभी-कभी हमें विरोध और कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।
सत्य की यह आग कभी-कभी परिवार और निकट संबंधों में भी विभाजन का कारण बन सकती है। फिर भी यही आग हमारे विश्वास को दृढ़ करती है, हमारे हृदय की निष्ठा को शुद्ध करती है और हमें पवित्रता की ओर आगे बढ़ाती है। इसलिए हमें साहसपूर्वक सत्य को स्वीकार करना और उसके अनुसार जीवन जीना चाहिए।
“The Fire of Truth”
Today, the Holy Church invites us to reflect deeply on the truth. The Lord Himself says, “I have come to bring fire upon the earth.” This is not an ordinary fire that burns and destroys, but the fire of truth—a fire that purifies the evil and impurity within us, enlightens our hearts, and transforms our lives.
Just as ordinary fire symbolizes purification and renewal, the fire of truth brings about a holy transformation within us. Through today's Gospel, Jesus reminds us that He came into the world to reveal the truth, free us from sin, and renew our hearts and lives.
The Lord also teaches that following Him is not always a path of comfort and ease. It is a journey that demands courage, sacrifice, and perseverance through trials. Standing for the truth may sometimes bring opposition and suffering.
This fire of truth can even create divisions within families and among close relatives. Yet, it is this very fire that strengthens our faith, purifies the sincerity of our hearts, and leads us toward holiness. Therefore, let us courageously embrace the truth and live according to it every day.
