“मिशन की ओर कदम”
अय्यूब 19:21-27 लूका 10:1-12
आज माता कलीसिया बालक यीशु की संत तेरेसा, कुँवारी एवं कलीसिया की धर्मशास्त्री की स्मृति मनाती है। संत तेरेसा अपनी सरलता, विनम्रता और सेवा-भाव के लिए प्रसिद्ध थीं। वे सदैव दूसरों की सहायता के लिए तत्पर रहती थीं। उनका विश्वास था कि जो लोग प्रभु के कार्य के लिए अपना जीवन अर्पित करते हैं, वे स्वर्ग के राज्य के अधिकारी बनते हैं।
छोटे बच्चों की भाँति हमें भी परमेश्वर पर पूर्ण विश्वास रखना चाहिए। जैसे बच्चे हर आवश्यकता के लिए अपने माता-पिता पर निर्भर रहते हैं, वैसे ही हमें भी अपनी प्रत्येक आवश्यकता प्रभु के सामने रखनी चाहिए। प्रभु स्वयं कहते हैं, “माँगो, तो तुम्हें दिया जाएगा।”
पहले पाठ में अय्यूब इस विश्वास को व्यक्त करता है कि अंततः परमेश्वर उसे न्याय दिलाएँगे। सुसमाचार में यीशु अपने शिष्यों को अपने आगे भेजते समय उन्हें मिशन के लिए तैयार करते हैं। वे कहते हैं, “मैं तुम्हें भेड़ियों के बीच मेमनों की तरह भेजता हूँ।” इसका अर्थ है कि शिष्य प्रेम, नम्रता और भलाई की भावना से संसार में जाएँगे, यद्यपि उन्हें विरोध और कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ेगा।
मिशन की सफलता धन, साधनों या बाहरी व्यवस्थाओं पर निर्भर नहीं करती। वह इस बात पर निर्भर करती है कि हम परमेश्वर के हाथों में कितने योग्य साधन बनते हैं। संत तेरेसा की तरह आइए हम भी सरलता, विश्वास और पूर्ण समर्पण के साथ प्रभु के मिशन में आगे बढ़ें।
“Step Towards the Mission”
Job 19:21-27 Luke 10:1-12
Today the Mother Church celebrates the Memorial of St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus, Virgin and Doctor of the Church. She was known for her generosity, humility, and deep spirit of service. Always ready to help others, she believed that those who generously offer themselves for the Lord's work will inherit the Kingdom of Heaven.
Like little children, we too are called to be simple, humble, and trusting. Just as children depend entirely upon their parents, we must place our complete confidence in God. Whenever we are in need, we should turn to Him in prayer, remembering the Lord's promise: "Ask, and it will be given to you."
In the first reading, Job confidently hopes that God will ultimately vindicate him. In the Gospel, Jesus sends His disciples ahead of Him and prepares them for their mission. He tells them, "I am sending you out like lambs among wolves." They are to carry love and goodness into the world, even when they face opposition and suffering.
The success of our mission does not depend upon wealth, impressive resources, or human strength. It depends upon how faithfully we allow ourselves to become instruments in God's hands. Following the example of St. Thérèse, let us take courageous steps toward the mission with humility, trust, and complete surrender to the Lord.
