“पवित्र आत्मा की शक्ति से विश्वास में दृढ़ रहना”
पवित्र आत्मा की शक्ति ईश्वर का एक अद्भुत उपहार है, जो हमें विश्वास में दृढ़ बने रहने और सुसमाचार का प्रचार करने की क्षमता प्रदान करता है। जब हम पवित्र आत्मा को अपने जीवन में आमंत्रित करते हैं, तब वह हमें एक नए जीवन की ओर ले जाता है और हमें ईश्वर के साथ गहरे संबंध में बढ़ने की प्रेरणा देता है।
आज के प्रथम पाठ में हम देखते हैं कि फिलिप सामरिया में जाकर लोगों को सुसमाचार सुनाता है। वह उन्हें प्रभु येसु के बारे में बताता है और उनके द्वारा किए गए चमत्कारों तथा उद्धार के संदेश को साझा करता है। लोगों ने उसके वचनों पर विश्वास किया और पवित्र आत्मा की शक्ति का अनुभव किया। प्रेरित चरित 1:8 में प्रभु येसु कहते हैं: “पवित्र आत्मा तुम लोगों पर उतरेगा और तुम्हें सामर्थ्य प्रदान करेगा, और तुम पृथ्वी के अंतिम छोर तक मेरे साक्षी बनोगे।”
जब हमारे जीवन में भय, निराशा, संदेह या संघर्ष आते हैं, तब पवित्र आत्मा हमें साहस, आशा और शक्ति प्रदान करता है। वह हमें याद दिलाता है कि हम अकेले नहीं हैं। जैसे शिष्य अपनी कमजोरी में आत्मा की शक्ति से मजबूत बने, वैसे ही हम भी उसकी सहायता से हर कठिनाई का सामना कर सकते हैं।
दूसरे पाठ में संत पेत्रुस हमें स्मरण दिलाते हैं कि प्रभु येसु ने हमारे लिए अपना जीवन अर्पित किया ताकि हम ईश्वर को जान सकें, उनसे प्रेम कर सकें और उनके साथ एकता में जीवन जी सकें। इसलिए हमें अपने विश्वास का साक्ष्य साहस और विनम्रता के साथ देना चाहिए।
सुसमाचार में प्रभु येसु कहते हैं, “यदि तुम मुझसे प्रेम रखते हो, तो मेरी आज्ञाओं का पालन करो।” यह एक सरल लेकिन गहरा संदेश है। येसु केवल प्रेम की बात नहीं करते, बल्कि प्रेम को आज्ञाकारिता और विश्वासपूर्ण जीवन से जोड़ते हैं। वे आगे यह भी वादा करते हैं: “मैं पिता से प्रार्थना करूँगा और वह तुम्हें दूसरा सहायक देगा, जो सदा तुम्हारे साथ रहेगा।” यह सहायक पवित्र आत्मा है, जो हमें मार्गदर्शन देता है और हमारे विश्वास को मजबूत करता है।
आइए हम प्रतिदिन प्रार्थना, ध्यान और पवित्र शास्त्र के अध्ययन द्वारा पवित्र आत्मा के लिए अपने हृदय को खोलें। उसी की शक्ति से हम विश्वास में स्थिर रह सकेंगे, प्रभु के प्रेम में बढ़ेंगे और दूसरों के लिए भी आशा और प्रेरणा का स्रोत बनेंगे।
“Remaining Steadfast in Faith through the Power of the Holy Spirit”
The power of the Holy Spirit is a wonderful gift from God that helps us remain strong in faith and enables us to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. When we invite the Holy Spirit into our lives, He leads us toward a new life and draws us closer to God.
In today’s First Reading, Philip goes to Samaria and proclaims the Gospel. He speaks about Jesus, His saving mission, and the miracles He performed. The people listen, believe, and experience the power of the Holy Spirit. In Acts 1:8, Jesus says, “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be my witnesses to the ends of the earth.” The Holy Spirit equips us to be faithful witnesses of Christ in the world.
Whenever fear, doubt, discouragement, or suffering enters our lives, the Holy Spirit gives us courage, hope, and strength. He reminds us that we are never alone. Just as the disciples became bold and courageous through the Spirit’s power, we too can overcome our weaknesses through His guidance.
In the Second Reading, Saint Peter reminds us that Jesus offered His life for our salvation so that we might know God, love Him, and live in communion with Him. Therefore, we are called to give witness to our faith with gentleness, confidence, and trust in God.
In the Gospel, Jesus says, “If you love me, keep my commandments.” This simple yet profound teaching reminds us that true love for Christ is shown through faithful obedience. Jesus also promises, “I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Advocate to be with you forever.” This Advocate is the Holy Spirit, who remains with us, teaches us, and strengthens our faith.
Let us open our hearts each day through prayer, meditation, and the study of God’s Word. By the power of the Holy Spirit, may we remain steadfast in faith, grow in the love of Christ, and become instruments of hope and encouragement for others.
