“प्रेम और एकता का महत्व”

आज के दोनों पाठ हमें प्रेम और एकता के महत्व को समझाते हैं। हम जानते हैं कि ईश्वर स्वयं प्रेम हैं। प्रेम एक ऐसी शक्ति है जो हमें एक-दूसरे से जोड़कर रखती है और हमारे संबंधों को मजबूत बनाती है। जब हम पवित्र बाइबिल के पन्नों को खोलते हैं, तो संत योहन 13:34 में प्रभु येसु का यह सुंदर वचन पढ़ते हैं: “मैं तुम लोगों को एक नयी आज्ञा देता हूँ, तुम एक-दूसरे को प्यार करो। जिस प्रकार मैंने तुम लोगों को प्यार किया, उसी प्रकार तुम भी एक-दूसरे को प्यार करो।”

प्रभु येसु का प्रेम स्वार्थी नहीं था, बल्कि बलिदानी प्रेम था। ऐसा प्रेम जो क्षमा करता है, दूसरों के लिए त्याग करता है और सबको अपने पास बुलाता है। येसु ने अपने जीवन में बीमारों को चंगा किया, भूखों को भोजन दिया, प्यासों को पानी दिया और दुखियों को सांत्वना दी। उनका प्रेम आज भी हम सबके लिए जीवनदायी झरने की तरह बहता है।

प्रेम केवल भावना नहीं है, बल्कि दूसरों के प्रति सहानुभूति, करुणा और समझदारी दिखाने का नाम है। जब हम दूसरों की सहायता करते हैं, उनकी बात सुनते हैं और उनके दुख में सहभागी बनते हैं, तब हम येसु के प्रेम को अपने जीवन में प्रकट करते हैं।

आज के प्रथम पाठ में हम देखते हैं कि प्रेरितों ने एकता के साथ मिलकर कार्य किया और कलीसिया की भलाई के लिए निर्णय लिए। उन्होंने एक होकर प्रभु येसु के संदेश को फैलाया। यही एकता आगे चलकर सम्पूर्ण संसार में सुसमाचार के प्रसार का कारण बनी।

जहाँ प्रेम और एकता होती है, वहाँ ईश्वर की उपस्थिति अनुभव की जाती है। प्रेम और एकता हमें स्वर्गीय आनंद का अनुभव कराते हैं। इसलिए आइए हम अपने परिवारों, समुदायों और कलीसिया में प्रेम और एकता को बढ़ावा दें, एक-दूसरे की निस्वार्थ सहायता करें और अपने जीवन के द्वारा येसु के प्रेम को संसार में प्रकट करें।

“The Importance of Love and Unity”

Today’s readings help us understand the importance of love and unity. We know that God is love. Love is a powerful gift that keeps people united and strengthens relationships. In John 13:34, Jesus gives us a beautiful command: “Love one another as I have loved you.” Through these words, Jesus teaches us that love and unity are essential parts of Christian life.

The love of Jesus was never selfish. It was a sacrificial love that forgave others and gave itself completely for the good of others. During His earthly ministry, Jesus healed the sick, fed the hungry, gave water to the thirsty, and brought comfort to those who suffered. His love continues to flow for us like a fountain of living water.

Love is more than a feeling. It means showing compassion, understanding, kindness, and care toward others. When we help people, listen to them, and share their burdens, we make the love of Christ visible in our daily lives.

In the First Reading, we see how the Apostles worked together in unity for the good of the Church. They stood together, made decisions together, and spread the message of Jesus throughout the world. Their unity became a powerful witness that helped the Christian faith grow across many nations.

Where there is love and unity, the presence of God is truly experienced. Love and unity allow us to experience a glimpse of heaven here on earth. Let us therefore promote love and unity within our families, communities, and the Church. May we sincerely help one another and become instruments through which others can experience the love of Jesus.
