प्रिय भाइयों और बहनों, आज के पाठ हमें ईश्वर के अपने लोगों के साथ संबंध के बारे में बहुमूल्य अंतर्दृष्टि देते हैं।
यिरमियाह 2:1-3 में ईश्वर अपने लोगों के साथ संबंध के प्रारंभिक दिनों को याद करते हैं। उन्होंने उनकी भक्ति की तुलना दुल्हन के पति के प्रति प्रेम से की। लेकिन समय के साथ इस्राएल ईश्वर से दूर हो गया और मूर्तिपूजा करने लगा। यह अविश्वास ईश्वर से मुंह फेरने के परिणामों की याद दिलाता है।
मत्ती 13:10-17 में येसु बोनेवाले का दृष्टांत सुनाते हैं। यह दृष्टांत लोगों की ईश्वर के वचन के प्रति विभिन्न प्रतिक्रियाओं को दर्शाता है। कुछ लोग इसे समझते और स्वीकार करते हैं, जबकि अन्य इसे अस्वीकार कर देते हैं। ईश्वर के वचन को समझने के लिए खुले दिल की जरूरत होती है।
अक्सर हम वचन सुनते और पढ़ते हैं लेकिन उसे अपने दैनिक जीवन में लागू नहीं करते। आज कई लोग करियर, सोशल मीडिया और भौतिक वस्तुओं में व्यस्त रहते हैं और अपनी आध्यात्मिक वृद्धि की उपेक्षा करते हैं।
इन पाठों का संदेश है कि हमें ईश्वर के साथ मजबूत संबंध बनाए रखना चाहिए। जब हम ईश्वर को प्राथमिकता देते हैं, तब हमें वह उद्देश्य और संतुष्टि मिलती है जो संसार में नहीं मिल सकती। आइए हम स्वयं से पूछें: क्या हम ईश्वर के साथ संबंध को प्राथमिकता दे रहे हैं? क्या हम उनके वचन को खुले दिल से ग्रहण कर रहे हैं?
“Relationship with God”
Dear brothers and sisters, Today’s readings from prophet Jeremiah and Matthew offer us valuable insights into God’s relationship with His people.
In Jeremiah, God recalls the early devotion of Israel, comparing it to a bride’s love for her husband. Yet, Israel turned away and worshipped idols. This is a strong reminder of the consequences of turning away from God.
In the Gospel, Jesus speaks of the parable of the sower. It shows different responses to God’s word. Many hear and read the word but fail to apply it in daily life, showing lack of interest in true change.
Today, many are busy with careers, social media, and material possessions, often neglecting their spiritual growth. The message is clear: We must prioritize our relationship with God to find true purpose and fulfillment.
Let us ask ourselves: Are we growing deeper in God’s presence? Are we open to receiving and living God’s word?
