“नम्रता और प्रभु की उपस्थिति”
इसायाह के वचन में, हमें अस्सूरों की दृष्टि और मानव दृष्टिकोण के बीच एक बड़ा अंतर दिखाई देता है। इसायाह में, प्रभु अस्सूरियों के प्रति क्रोधित हैं क्योंकि वे अपनी शक्ति और सफलता के लिए खुद को श्रेय देते हैं और प्रभु की प्रभुता को नहीं पहचानते।
हमें भी अपने जीवन में इस जाल में फंसने से बचना चाहिए। जब हम अपनी सफलताओं को प्राप्त करते हैं, तो हमें यह याद रखना चाहिए कि यह प्रभु की कृपा और शक्ति के कारण ही संभव हुआ है।
आज प्रभु येसु सरल लोगों की प्रशंसा करते हैं जिन्होंने उन पर विश्वास किया और प्रभु की उपस्थिति को पहचाना। प्रभु येसु कहते हैं, “हे पिता, स्वर्ग और पृथ्वी के प्रभु, मैं आपकी स्तुति करता हूं क्योंकि आपने इन बातों को बुद्धिमानों और समझदारों से छुपाया है और उन्हें नीरे बच्चों पर प्रकट किया है।” (मत्ती 11:25)
प्रिय भाइयों एवं बहनों, यह एक सुंदर शुभ संदेश है कि प्रभु अक्सर अप्रत्याशित तरीकों से काम करता है। जो लोग नम्र और सरल होते हैं, वे अक्सर प्रभु की उपस्थिति को सबसे स्पष्ट रूप से देखते हैं।
आइए हम अपने जीवन पर विचार करें और देखें कि क्या हम अस्सूरियों जैसे गर्व और आत्मनिर्भरता के शिकार हो रहे हैं या सरल लोगों की तरह प्रभु की उपस्थिति को पहचान रहे हैं?
आज के वचन हमें याद दिलाते हैं कि प्रभु के तरीके हमारे तरीकों से अलग हैं। वह नम्रता और सरलता को महत्व देता है और अक्सर अप्रत्याशित तरीकों से काम करता है। प्रभु से प्रार्थना करें कि वह हमें अपने आप को सच्चाई से देखने और उनकी पुकार का विश्वास और आज्ञाकारिता के साथ जवाब देने की कृपा प्रदान करे।
“God’s Wisdom Revealed to the Humble”
Today’s readings challenge us to reflect on God’s wisdom and power. In Isaiah, God is upset with the Assyrians. They are a powerful nation, but they are arrogant and don’t acknowledge God’s sovereignty. They forget that God is the one who gives them power and strength.
We can easily fall into the same trap. We get caught up in our own successes and forget that God is the one who enables us to do anything good. We start thinking we’re the masters of our own destiny.
In the Gospel, Jesus praises the simple and humble people who believed in Him. He says, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children.” (Matthew 11:25)
This is a beautiful reminder that God often works in unexpected ways. The “wise and learned” might think they have it all figured out, but it is the humble and simple who often see God’s presence most clearly.
Let us ask ourselves: Are we more like the proud Assyrians or like the humble people who recognized God in Jesus? Do we give God the credit for our successes, or do we take all the glory for ourselves?
Today’s readings remind us that God’s ways are not our ways. He values humility and simplicity. As we strive to follow Jesus, let us cultivate these qualities and recognize God’s presence in our lives.
