“नम्रता और ईश्वर की बुद्धिमत्ता”
इसायाह के वचन हमें ईश्वर की बुद्धिमत्ता और शक्ति पर विचार करने के लिए आग्रह करती हैं। इसायाह 10:5-7, 13b-16 में, हम अस्सूर के अभिमान और गर्व के लिए ईश्वर के न्याय के बारे में सुनते हैं।
अस्सूर ने सोचा कि वे शक्तिशाली और बुद्धिमान थे, लेकिन ईश्वर कहता है कि वे केवल उसके हाथ में एक औजार हैं। ईश्वर ने अस्सूर का उपयोग अपने लोगों को दंडित करने के लिए किया, लेकिन अस्सूर का इरादा नष्ट करने और जीतने का था। ईश्वर का अस्सूर पर न्याय हमें याद दिलाता है कि वह एक है जो नियंत्रण करता है। वह शक्ति देता है और ले लेता है। वह अभिमानी को नीचे गिराता है और नम्र को ऊपर उठाता है।
मत्ती 11:25-27 में, येसु पिता की स्तुति करते हैं कि उन्होंने अपने आप को नम्र लोगों के सामने प्रकट किया है। येसु कहते हैं, “पिता! स्वर्ग और पृथ्वी के प्रभु! मैं तेरी स्तुति करता हूं, क्योंकि तूने इन सब बातों को ज्ञानियों और समझदारों से छिपा कर नीरे बच्चों पर प्रकट किया है।”
येसु कह रहे हैं कि ईश्वर की बुद्धिमत्ता केवल बुद्धिमानों और समझदारों के लिए नहीं है, बल्कि उन लोगों के लिए है जो नम्र हैं और इसे प्राप्त करने के लिए तैयार हैं। ईश्वर की बुद्धिमत्ता केवल ज्ञान के बारे में नहीं है, बल्कि उसे समझने और उसके अनुसार जीने के लिए है।
आज के वचन हमें अपनी नम्रता और बुद्धिमत्ता पर विचार करने के लिए आमंत्रित करती हैं। क्या हम अस्सूर जैसे हैं, जो सोचते हैं कि हम शक्तिशाली और बुद्धिमान हैं? या हम नम्र हैं और ईश्वर की बुद्धिमत्ता प्राप्त करने के लिए तैयार हैं?
जब हम नम्र होते हैं, तो हम ईश्वर की बुद्धिमत्ता प्राप्त करने के लिए तैयार होते हैं। हम अपनी समझ तक सीमित नहीं होते, बल्कि ईश्वर की बुद्धिमत्ता द्वारा निर्देशित होते हैं।
“God’s Wisdom and Humility”
Today’s readings challenge us to reflect on God’s wisdom and power. In Isaiah 10:5-7, 13b-16, we hear about God’s judgment on Assyria for their pride and arrogance.
Assyria thought they were powerful and wise, but God says they are just a tool in His hand. God used Assyria to punish His people, but Assyria’s intention was to destroy and conquer. God’s judgment reminds us that He is the one in control.
In Matthew 11:25-27, Jesus praises the Father for revealing Himself to the humble. Jesus says, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children.”
Jesus is saying that God’s wisdom is not just for the wise and intelligent, but for those who are humble and open to receiving it. God’s wisdom is not just about knowledge, but about understanding and living according to His will.
Today’s readings challenge us to reflect on our own humility and wisdom. Are we like Assyria, thinking we are powerful and wise? Or are we humble and open to receiving God’s wisdom?
Humility is not about thinking less of ourselves, but about thinking of ourselves less. When we are humble, we are open to learning from God and following His will. Let us apply the message of humility and wisdom to our lives.
