आज के दोनों पाठ हमें एक महान सत्य सिखाते हैं—सच्चा जीवन केवल येसु मसीह में ही है, और जो भी उसके पास आता है, वह निराश नहीं लौटता। संत योहन हमें बताते हैं कि इस संसार पर विजय पाने वाला वही है, जो येसु को ईश्वर का पुत्र मानता है। आज की दुनिया में अनेक कठिनाइयाँ, समस्याएँ, बीमारियाँ, रिश्तों की उलझनें, नौकरी की परेशानियाँ हैं। लेकिन इन सब पर विजयी होने का केवल एक ही मार्ग है—येसु पर विश्वास करना। “जिसे पुत्र प्राप्त है, उसे वह जीवन प्राप्त है; और जिसे पुत्र प्राप्त नहीं है, उसे वह जीवन प्राप्त नहीं।” (1 योहन 5:12)

आज लोग सफलता, पैसे और रिश्तों में जीवन खोजते हैं। लेकिन सच्चा जीवन केवल येसु में मिलता है। येसु में विश्वास करने का अर्थ है आशा, शांति और अनन्त जीवन को अपने जीवन में पाना।

येसु की चंगाई की शक्ति संत लूकस के सुसमाचार में हमने देखा कि समाज से तिरस्कृत, अकेला और निराश, एक व्यक्ति कोढ़ से भरा हुआ था, लेकिन उसने एक ही काम किया—वह येसु के चरणों में गिर पड़ा और बोला: “प्रभु, यदि तू चाहे, तो मुझे शुद्ध कर सकता है।” येसु ने हाथ बढ़ाकर उसका स्पर्श किया और कहा: "मैं यही चाहता हूँ—शुद्ध हो जाओ"। उसी क्षण उसका कोढ़ दूर हो गया। (लूकस 5:13)

आज हमारे जीवन में भी कोई न कोई “कोढ़” है—जैसे बीमारी, गुनाह, दुःख, असफलता, रिश्तों की टूट-फूट आदि। लेकिन याद रखें यदि हम भी उस कोढ़ी की तरह येसु के चरणों में आकर कहें: “प्रभु, यदि तू चाहे, तो मुझे शुद्ध कर सकता है।” तो वह हमें स्पर्श करेंगे।

आज का संदेश: अपने आत्मिक कोढ़ के साथ येसु के पास आइए। जीवन में यदि निराशा है, तो येसु में विश्वास कीजिए। येसु को अपने जीवन का राजा बना लीजिए। येसु न केवल शारीरिक चंगाई देते हैं, बल्कि आत्मा की चंगाई, मन की शांति और पापों से मुक्ति भी प्रदान करते हैं। और यही आज की सबसे बड़ी आवश्यकता है।

Today’s readings teach us a profound truth—true life exists only in Jesus Christ, and whoever comes to Him does not return disappointed. Saint John tells us that the one who overcomes the world is the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God. In today’s world, there are many challenges—illnesses, complicated relationships, job difficulties, and various problems. But there is only one way to overcome all of these: faith in Jesus. "Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life." (1 John 5:12)

Today, people search for life in success, in money, in relationships. But true life is found only in Jesus. To believe in Jesus means to receive hope, peace, and eternal life in your life.

In Saint Luke’s Gospel, we see the healing power of Jesus. A man suffering from leprosy—rejected by society, alone, and despairing—did one thing: he fell at Jesus’ feet and said, “Lord, if you choose, you can make me clean.” Jesus stretched out His hand, touched him, and said, “I do choose. Be made clean.” (Luke 5:13) At that very moment, his leprosy was gone.

In our lives today, we all have our own “leprosy”—illness, sin, sorrow, failure, broken relationships. But remember, like the leper, if we come to Jesus and say: “Lord, if you choose, you can make me clean.” He will touch us.

Today’s message: Bring your spiritual leprosy to Jesus. If there is despair in your life, place your trust in Jesus. Make Him the King of your life. Jesus does not only give physical healing; He gives healing of the soul, peace of mind, and freedom from sin. This is the greatest need of our lives today.
