आज का वचन हमें दो महान सत्य सिखाता है—प्रेम की शक्ति और विश्वास की विजय। हम प्रेम करते हैं, क्योंकि उसने हमसे पहले प्रेम किया। आज की दुनिया में बहुत से लोग प्रेम की तलाश में हैं, लेकिन वे उसे वस्तुओं में, संसार में या दूसरों से बिना शर्त प्रेम की उम्मीद करके खोजते हैं। सबसे पहले हमें यह पहचानना है कि सच्चा प्रेम ईश्वर से आता है। जब हम जान लेते हैं कि ईश्वर ने हमसे पहले प्रेम किया—हमारे पापों में भी, हमारी कमजोरियों में भी—तब हम दूसरों को भी उसी तरह प्रेम कर सकते हैं।

आज हम देखते हैं कि समाज में घृणा, भेदभाव, स्वार्थ और क्रोध फैलता जा रहा है। लोग एक-दूसरे से जलते हैं और आलोचना करते हैं। लेकिन यदि हम दूसरों से प्रेम नहीं करते, तो हम उस ईश्वर को नहीं जानते, जिसने हमसे पहले प्रेम किया। क्या आप जीवन में संघर्ष कर रहे हैं—पारिवारिक समस्याएँ, आर्थिक कठिनाइयाँ, अकेलापन, निराशा? हाँ, यह संसार कठिनाइयों से भरा है और उसका दबाव हम पर हो सकता है। लेकिन भीतर से हम मज़बूत रह सकते हैं, क्योंकि हमारा जीवन ईश्वर के प्रेम में जड़ें जमाए रहता है।

आज के सुसमाचार में हम देखते हैं कि येसु का मिशन पवित्र आत्मा की शक्ति से भरा हुआ था। उन्होंने अंधकार में पड़े लोगों को प्रकाश दिया, निराश लोगों को आशा दी और पीड़ितों को स्वतंत्र किया। वही मिशन आज भी हम सबके माध्यम से जारी है। आज भी बहुत से लोग अंधकार, दुःख और निराशा में हैं। हम सबको बुलाया गया है कि हम प्रेम और विश्वास से भरकर उनकी मदद करें, उनकी आँखें खोलें और उन्हें स्वतंत्र करें।

आपके जीवन में आज क्या कठिनाई है? याद रखें—क्योंकि ईश्वर की हर सन्तान संसार पर विजयी होती है। वह विजय, जो संसार को पराजित करती है, हमारा विश्वास ही है। (1 योहन 5:4)

आज का संदेश स्पष्ट है: ईश्वर का प्रेम आपको उठाता है। विश्वास आपको संसार की हर समस्या पर विजय दिला सकता है। और येसु का मिशन आज भी हमारे द्वारा पूरा होता है। ईश्वर ने हमसे पहले प्रेम किया—अब हमें भी प्रेम करना है। विश्वास ही हमारी विजय है, और यह संसार की हर ताकत से अधिक बलशाली है। हम सब येसु के मिशन में सहभागी हैं—दूसरों के लिए आशा और प्रकाश बनें।

Today’s readings teach us two great truths—the power of love and the victory of faith. We love because He first loved us. In today’s world, many people are searching for love, but they seek it in material things, in the world, or by expecting unconditional love from others. First, we must recognize that true love comes from God. When we realize that God loved us first—even in our sins and weaknesses—then we can love others in the same way.

Today we see that society is filled with hatred, discrimination, selfishness, and anger. People envy and criticize one another. But if we do not love others, we do not truly know the God who loved us first. Are you facing struggles in life—family problems, financial difficulties, loneliness, despair? Yes, this world is full of challenges and its pressures may weigh on us. Yet, inwardly we can remain strong, because our lives are rooted in God’s love.

In today’s Gospel, we see that Jesus’ mission was filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. He brought light to those living in darkness, gave hope to the despairing, and freed the suffering. That mission continues even today through us. Many people are still living in darkness, sorrow, and despair. We are called to help them with love and faith, to open their eyes, and to bring them freedom.

What is the difficulty in your life today? Remember: for whatever is born of God conquers the world. And this is the victory that conquers the world, our faith. (1 John 5:4)

Today’s message is clear: God’s love lifts you up. Faith gives you victory over every problem in the world. And Jesus’ mission continues today through us. God loved us first—now it is our turn to love. Faith is our victory, and it is stronger than any power in the world. We are all participants in Jesus’ mission—be a source of hope and light for others.
