आज के समय में बहुत सारे विचार, अनेक शिक्षाएँ और कई गुरू सामने आते हैं। हर कोई अपने-अपने तरीके से सत्य का दावा करता है। लेकिन संत योहन हमें सिखाते हैं कि हम सच्चाई की पहचान कैसे करें। जो आत्मा यह स्वीकार करती है कि येसु मसीह शरीर में आए हैं, वही ईश्वर की ओर से है। हमें सत्य की परीक्षा करनी है, अंधविश्वास नहीं करना है।

आज के जमाने में इंटरनेट, सोशल मीडिया और टीवी पर अनेक आवाज़ें हमें प्रभावित करने की कोशिश करती हैं। कोई कहेगा कि पैसा ही सब कुछ है, कोई कहेगा कि प्रसिद्धि ही सफलता है। लेकिन हम मसीही लोग यह जानें कि सच्ची आवाज़ वही है जो हमें येसु मसीह की ओर ले जाती है, जो हमें प्रेम और सेवा का मार्ग दिखाती है।

येसु गलील के उन लोगों के बीच गए जो निराशा और अंधकार में जी रहे थे। उस समय से येसु उपदेश देने लगे और कहने लगे “पश्चात्ताप करो, क्योंकि स्वर्ग का राज्य निकट आ गया है।” येसु ने केवल शिक्षा ही नहीं दी, बल्कि रोगियों को चंगा किया, दुखियों को आशा दी और खोए हुओं को नया जीवन दिया।

आज भी हमारे समाज में लोग अंधकार में जी रहे हैं—अज्ञानता का अंधकार, निराशा का अंधकार और भय का अंधकार। येसु आज भी कह रहे हैं: “मेरे पीछे आओ, मैं तुम्हें मनुष्यों का मछुआरा बनाऊँगा।” यदि हम सचमुच मसीह के अनुयायी हैं तो हमें भी उस उजियाले का स्रोत बनना है।

किसी भी विचारधारा या प्रचार को तुरंत स्वीकार न करें। हमेशा जाँचें कि क्या वह शिक्षा येसु मसीह की शिक्षाओं से मेल खाती है या नहीं। सत्य हमेशा प्रेम, क्षमा और सेवा की शिक्षा देता है।

अंधकार में उजियाला बनें: आज दुनिया में बहुत से लोग उदासी, तनाव, अकेलेपन और निराशा में जी रहे हैं। हम उनके लिए प्रार्थना करें, उनके लिए प्रेम का संदेश बनें।

जीवन बदलें: अपने जीवन में वे बातें छोड़ दें जो ईश्वर को प्रसन्न नहीं करतीं। छोटे-छोटे कदम उठाएँ—जैसे प्रतिदिन बाइबल पढ़ना, प्रार्थना करना, और ज़रूरतमंदों की मदद करना। जैसे गलील के लोगों ने प्रकाश देखा, वैसे ही आज आपके परिवार, आपके मोहल्ले, आपकी कक्षा या कार्यस्थल में आपके द्वारा लोग येसु का उजियाला देख सकें। आप ही वह दीपक बनें जिससे दूसरों का जीवन रोशन हो।

In today we come across many ideas, numerous teachings, and several teachers. Everyone claims to speak the truth in their own way. But John teaches us how to recognize the truth. The spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God. We are called to test the truth and not to fall into superstition.

In today’s world, the internet, social media, and television are full of voices trying to influence us. Some say money is everything, some say fame is success. But as Christians, we must recognize that the true voice is the one that leads us to Jesus Christ, showing us the path of love and service.

Jesus went among the people of Galilee who were living in despair and darkness. At that time, he began to preach, saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.” Jesus did not only teach; he healed the sick, gave hope to the sorrowful, and gave new life to the lost.

Even today, many in our society live in darkness—the darkness of ignorance, the darkness of despair, and the darkness of fear. Jesus is still calling: “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.” If we are truly disciples of Christ, we must also become a source of that light.

Do not immediately accept any ideology or message, always examine whether the teaching aligns with Jesus Christ’s teachings or not. Truth always teaches love, forgiveness, and service.

Be a light in the darkness: Today, many people live in sadness, stress, loneliness, and despair. Pray for them, and be a messenger of love for them.

Transform your life: Let go of things in your life that do not please God. Take small steps—read the Bible daily, pray regularly, and help those in need. Just as the people of Galilee saw the light, today your family, neighbourhood, classroom, or workplace should see the light of Jesus through your life. Be that lamp that illuminates the lives of others.
