“चट्टान पर बना घर”
"जो ईश्वर का वचन सुनता और उसका पालन करता है वह कहीं अधिक धन्य है।"
हम लोग बनाए गए घर के सदृश हैं। यह पाठ हमें बुद्धिमान और मूर्ख व्यक्ति के बीच अंतर बताता है। बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति प्रभु की बातों को सुनता और उनका पालन करता है, वह चट्टान पर घर बनाता है।
जब मुश्किलें आती हैं — बारिश होती है, बाढ़ आती है, आंधियाँ चलती हैं — तब भी उसका घर टिका रहता है क्योंकि उसकी नींव मजबूत है।
मूर्ख व्यक्ति रेत पर घर बनाता है। वह ईश्वर की बातें सुनता है लेकिन उन पर अमल नहीं करता। जब संकट आते हैं तो उसका घर गिर जाता है।
“House Built on Rock”
“Blessed are those who hear the Word of God and keep it.”
The one who listens to the Word of God and lives according to it is truly blessed. This passage teaches us the difference between a wise and a foolish person.
The wise person builds his house upon the rock. He hears the words of Jesus and puts them into practice. When difficulties arise — rain falls, floods come, and storms blow — the house remains standing because its foundation is firm.
The foolish person builds his house upon the sand. He hears God's Word but does not act upon it. When storms come, his house collapses.
Let us examine ourselves: Where have we built our house of faith? On sand or on rock?
If we have built it on sand, let us rebuild it upon the solid rock of faith in God. Then no matter how heavy the rain, how strong the wind, or how fierce the storm, our faith will not fall.
