“विश्वासयोग्य प्रेम का आह्वान”
आज के सुसमाचार में येसु विवाह की पवित्रता और आजीवन निष्ठा का महत्व सिखाते हैं। वे बताते हैं कि विवाह केवल एक सामाजिक व्यवस्था नहीं, बल्कि ईश्वर द्वारा स्थापित पवित्र वाचा है, जिसे मनुष्य अपनी स्वार्थपूर्ण इच्छाओं के अनुसार तोड़ नहीं सकता। यह शिक्षा हमें प्रेम, त्याग और विश्वासयोग्यता का मार्ग अपनाने के लिए बुलाती है, चाहे उसके लिए कठिनाइयों का सामना ही क्यों न करना पड़े।
आज हम संत मेक्सीमिलियन कोलबे की स्मृति भी मनाते हैं। उन्होंने एक परिवार वाले कैदी के स्थान पर अपना जीवन अर्पित कर मसीह के प्रेम की सर्वोच्च गवाही दी। उनका बलिदान हमें याद दिलाता है कि सच्चा प्रेम केवल शब्दों में नहीं, बल्कि स्वयं को दूसरों के लिए अर्पित करने में प्रकट होता है। आइए हम भी अपने संबंधों में विश्वासयोग्य रहें, त्यागपूर्ण प्रेम करें और मसीह के समान दूसरों की भलाई के लिए अपना जीवन समर्पित करने की कृपा माँगें।

In today's Gospel, Jesus teaches the sacredness and lifelong fidelity of marriage. He reminds us that marriage is not merely a human arrangement but a holy covenant established by God, one that should not be broken according to human convenience. His words invite us to embrace love that is faithful, sacrificial, and enduring, even when it demands great perseverance.
Today we also commemorate St. Maximilian Kolbe, who gave the greatest witness to self-giving love by offering his own life in place of a fellow prisoner who had a family. His sacrifice reflects the very love of Christ—a love that gives itself completely for others. May his example inspire us to remain faithful in our commitments, to love generously, and to place the good of others before our own.
