“येसु ही जीवन का द्वार हैं”
आज के सुसमाचार में प्रभु येसु कहते हैं, “भेड़शाला का द्वार मैं हूँ।” इस सुंदर उदाहरण के द्वारा येसु हमें यह समझाना चाहते हैं कि वे हमसे कितना प्रेम करते हैं। जैसे एक अच्छा चरवाहा अपनी भेड़ों की रक्षा करता है, उनकी देखभाल करता है और उन्हें सुरक्षित मार्ग पर ले जाता है, वैसे ही येसु भी हमारी रक्षा करते हैं और हमें जीवन के सही मार्ग पर चलाते हैं।
भेड़ें अपने चरवाहे की आवाज़ पहचानती हैं और उसका अनुसरण करती हैं। उसी प्रकार हमें भी प्रार्थना, पवित्र बाइबल के वाचन और अच्छे कार्यों के द्वारा येसु की आवाज़ को सुनना और पहचानना सीखना चाहिए। संसार में बहुत सी आवाज़ें हमें आकर्षित करती हैं, लेकिन केवल येसु की आवाज़ ही हमें सत्य, शांति और उद्धार की ओर ले जाती है।
येसु आगे कहते हैं, “यदि कोई मुझसे होकर प्रवेश करेगा, तो उसे मुक्ति प्राप्त होगी।” इसका अर्थ है कि जब हम येसु पर विश्वास करते हैं और उनके मार्ग पर चलते हैं, तब हम सच्ची खुशी, आंतरिक शांति और अनन्त जीवन प्राप्त करते हैं। वे हमारे जीवन को अर्थ देते हैं और हमें ईश्वर के प्रेम का अनुभव कराते हैं।
पहले पाठ में संत पेत्रुस लोगों को पश्चाताप करने और प्रभु येसु को स्वीकार करने के लिए बुलाते हैं। दूसरे पाठ में संत पेत्रुस हमें याद दिलाते हैं कि मसीह ने हमारे लिए दुःख सहा और हमें उनके पदचिह्नों पर चलने का उदाहरण दिया। इसलिए हम भी विश्वास और धैर्य के साथ प्रभु का अनुसरण करें।
आज हम अपने आप से पूछें: क्या मैं येसु की आवाज़ सुनता हूँ? क्या मैं उनके मार्गदर्शन पर भरोसा करता हूँ? आइए हम प्रतिदिन उनके और निकट आएँ, क्योंकि येसु ही वह द्वार हैं जो हमें जीवन, सुरक्षा और अनन्त आनंद की ओर ले जाते हैं।
आइए हम प्रभु येसु पर अपना भरोसा रखें और उनके प्रेममय मार्गदर्शन में चलते रहें। आमेन॥
“Jesus Is the Door to Life”
In today’s Gospel, Jesus says, “I am the gate for the sheep.” Through this beautiful image, Jesus teaches us how deeply He loves us. Just as a good shepherd protects, cares for, and guides his sheep, Jesus watches over us and leads us on the right path.
The sheep recognize the voice of their shepherd and follow him. In the same way, we are called to recognize the voice of Jesus through prayer, reading the Bible, and doing good works. Many voices in the world try to attract our attention, but only the voice of Jesus leads us to truth, peace, and salvation.
Jesus also says, “Whoever enters through me will be saved.” This means that when we place our trust in Him and follow His way, we receive true joy, inner peace, and eternal life. He gives meaning to our lives and leads us into the fullness of God's love.
In the first reading, Peter calls the people to repentance and to accept Jesus as Lord. In the second reading, St. Peter reminds us that Christ suffered for us and left us an example to follow in His footsteps. Therefore, we are invited to follow Him with faith, patience, and trust.
Today, let us ask ourselves: Do I listen to the voice of Jesus? Do I trust His guidance in my daily life? Let us draw closer to Him each day, because Jesus is the gate that leads us to life, safety, and eternal joy.
May we always place our trust in the Good Shepherd and walk faithfully in His loving care. Amen.
