“पवित्र आत्मा से नया जीवन”

आज के पहले पाठ में हम देखते हैं कि जब प्रेरितों को सताया गया और डराया गया, तब उन्होंने भागकर छिपने के बजाय एक साथ मिलकर प्रार्थना की। जब वे प्रार्थना कर रहे थे, तब पवित्र आत्मा उन पर उतरा और उन्हें ईश्वर का वचन साहसपूर्वक सुनाने की शक्ति मिली। इससे हमें सीख मिलती है कि जब हम मुश्किलों, डर या कमजोरी का सामना करते हैं, तो हमें भागना नहीं, बल्कि प्रार्थना करनी चाहिए और ईश्वर से शक्ति माँगनी चाहिए। पवित्र आत्मा हमें डर से मुक्त करता है और विश्वास में दृढ़ बनाता है।

सुसमाचार में हम निकुदेमुस के बारे में सुनते हैं। वह रात में प्रभु येसु के पास आता है और नया जीवन समझना चाहता है। प्रभु येसु उससे कहते हैं, “जब तक कोई दुबारा जन्म न ले, तब तक वह स्वर्ग के राज्य को नहीं देख सकता।” निकुदेमुस यह बात समझ नहीं पाता, तब प्रभु येसु उसे बताते हैं कि यह नया जन्म शरीर से नहीं, बल्कि आत्मा से होता है। यह जन्म पवित्र आत्मा द्वारा होता है, जो हमें नया जीवन देता है और हमारे विचार, व्यवहार और जीवन को बदल देता है।

जब हम अपने जीवन में संघर्ष और कठिनाइयों का सामना करते हैं, तब हमें याद रखना चाहिए कि पवित्र आत्मा हमें साहस और शक्ति प्रदान करता है। नया जीवन केवल बाहरी नियमों या कर्मों से नहीं आता, बल्कि पवित्र आत्मा को अपने भीतर स्थान देने से आता है। जैसे प्रेरित प्रार्थना करके पवित्र आत्मा से परिपूर्ण हुए, वैसे ही हमें भी प्रतिदिन प्रार्थना करनी चाहिए और पवित्र आत्मा को अपने जीवन में आमंत्रित करना चाहिए।

प्यारे भाइयों और बहनों, आइए हम पवित्र आत्मा से नया जीवन प्राप्त करें और विश्वास के साथ आगे बढ़ें। चाहे कितनी भी चुनौतियाँ क्यों न आएँ, पवित्र आत्मा हमें शक्ति, साहस और नया दृष्टिकोण प्रदान करता रहेगा। आइए हम प्रार्थना करें कि प्रभु हमें हर दिन अपने पवित्र आत्मा से नया कर दें। आमेन॥

“New Life Through the Holy Spirit”

In today’s first reading, we see that when the apostles were persecuted and threatened, they did not run away or hide, but instead gathered together in prayer. As they prayed, the Holy Spirit came upon them and gave them the strength to proclaim the Word of God boldly. This teaches us that when we face difficulties, fear, or weakness, we should not run away, but rather turn to prayer and ask God for strength. The Holy Spirit frees us from fear and makes us firm in faith.

In the Gospel, we hear about Nicodemus. He comes to the Lord Jesus at night and seeks to understand what new life is. The Lord Jesus tells him, “Unless one is born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God.” Nicodemus does not understand this, so Jesus explains that this new birth is not from the body, but from the Spirit. It is the Holy Spirit who gives us new life and transforms our thoughts, our behavior, and our entire life.

When we face struggles and difficulties in our lives, we must remember that the Holy Spirit gives us courage and strength. New life does not come from external rules or actions, but from allowing the Holy Spirit to dwell within us. Just as the apostles were filled with the Holy Spirit through prayer, we too must pray daily and invite the Holy Spirit into our lives.

Dear brothers and sisters, let us receive new life from the Holy Spirit and move forward in faith. No matter how many challenges come our way, the Holy Spirit will continue to give us strength, courage, and a new vision. Let us pray that the Lord may renew us each day with His Holy Spirit. Amen.
