“प्रभु के सच्चे साक्षी बनें”
आज के पहले पाठ में हम देखते हैं कि पेत्रुस और योहन साधारण और अशिक्षित होते हुए भी बड़े साहस और आत्मविश्वास के साथ प्रभु येसु का संदेश सुनाते हैं। उन्हें देखकर लोग आश्चर्यचकित हो जाते हैं कि ये सामान्य व्यक्ति इतनी शक्ति से कैसे बोल सकते हैं। इसका कारण यह था कि वे प्रभु येसु के साथ रहे थे।
यह पाठ हमें सिखाता है कि सच्ची शक्ति हमारी शिक्षा, धन या पद से नहीं आती, बल्कि प्रभु येसु के साथ हमारे गहरे संबंध से आती है। जब हम उनके साथ समय बिताते हैं, प्रार्थना करते हैं और उनके वचन को सुनते हैं, तब हमारे भीतर भी साहस, विश्वास और शांति उत्पन्न होती है।
सुसमाचार में हम देखते हैं कि पुनरुत्थान के बाद प्रभु येसु अपने शिष्यों को दर्शन देते हैं। प्रारंभ में वे विश्वास करने में कठिनाई महसूस करते हैं, लेकिन प्रभु उन्हें एक महान मिशन सौंपते हैं: “संसार के कोने-कोने में जाकर सारी सृष्टि को सुसमाचार सुनाओ।”
इस आदेश के द्वारा प्रभु अपने शिष्यों को बताते हैं कि उनका विश्वास केवल व्यक्तिगत अनुभव तक सीमित नहीं रहना चाहिए, बल्कि उन्हें संसार में जाकर प्रभु के प्रेम और उद्धार का संदेश फैलाना है।
आज यह संदेश हमारे लिए भी उतना ही महत्वपूर्ण है। हम केवल चर्च जाने या व्यक्तिगत प्रार्थना करने तक सीमित न रहें, बल्कि अपने जीवन, व्यवहार और शब्दों के द्वारा भी सुसमाचार का प्रचार करें। हमारे परिवार, मित्र और समाज हमारे जीवन में प्रभु के प्रेम और शांति को देख सकें।
जब हम प्रार्थना, पवित्र वचन और संस्कारों के माध्यम से प्रभु से जुड़े रहते हैं, तब हममें भी वही साहस और शक्ति आती है जो पेत्रुस और योहन में दिखाई देती है। चाहे हम कितने भी साधारण क्यों न हों, यदि प्रभु हमारे साथ हैं तो हमारा जीवन उनके प्रेम का प्रभावशाली साक्ष्य बन सकता है।
आइए हम प्रभु येसु में अपने विश्वास को दृढ़ करें और बिना किसी भय या संकोच के उनके सच्चे साक्षी बनें।

“Be True Witnesses of the Lord”
In today’s first reading, we see Peter and John boldly proclaiming the message of Jesus Christ, even though they were ordinary and uneducated men. The people are amazed at their confidence and courage. The reason for their strength is simple: they had been with Jesus.
This reading teaches us that true strength does not come from education, wealth, or social status. It comes from a deep and personal relationship with the Lord Jesus. When we remain close to Him through prayer and reflection on His Word, He fills us with courage, faith, and peace.
In the Gospel, the risen Lord appears to His disciples. Although they struggle at first to believe, Jesus entrusts them with a great mission: “Go into the whole world and proclaim the Gospel to all creation.”
Through this command, Jesus reminds His followers that faith is not meant to be kept to themselves. They are called to share the Good News with the world and become living witnesses of His resurrection.
This message is equally important for us today. Our faith should not remain confined to church attendance or private prayer alone. We are called to proclaim the Gospel through our words, actions, and daily lives so that others may experience the love and peace of Christ through us.
When we remain united with the Lord through prayer, Scripture, and the sacraments, we receive the same strength that empowered Peter and John. No matter how ordinary we may seem, if we stay close to Jesus, our lives can become powerful testimonies of His love.
Let us keep our faith firm in the Lord Jesus and become His true witnesses wherever we are.
